Event Tickets
An event ticket is only valid for that event on that date and time. Event tickets (PDF file sent by e-mail) must be printed on plain white paper in a readable quality prior to the visit or displayed on the smartphone with the screen intact. Please note that the QR code, once scanned correctly at the entrance, cannot be used again.
Refund
You are not entitled to a refund when you buy a ticket for an event at Davids Samling
Private Tours
Private tours are booked through our system with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. In case of cancellation later than one week before the event, the full amount will be paid.
Order Confirmation
Once you have purchased your ticket and provided your payment details, you will receive an order confirmation in the form of a confirmation page and/or email. Your order may not be valid if you do not receive an order confirmation or if you experience an error message or other service interruption. It is your responsibility to verify and confirm that your ticket order was received, as you may be the only one aware of any losses (monetary or otherwise) for a ticket booking or tour booking for which you have not received an order confirmation.
Cancellation of event by Davids Samling:
Should we have to cancel an event, we will contact those affected by email or telephone. Compensation in these cases is made with the date of replacement or refund of the ticket price.
Complaints
If you feel the need to complain about elements of your experience with us, you are of course always welcome to write an email to the event provider at [museum@davidmus.dk](mailto: museum@davidmus.dk). Should the problems, contrary to expectations, not be resolved after contact with Davids Samling, you have the opportunity to complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaints Resolution. You can complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution via www.g.dk. The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when lodging a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are filed here via this web address: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
